PTAC Repairs
Many of the systems that we repair are no longer in warranty, and a common belief is that they are not worth the cost to repair. Many times we have found that the issue was a small inexpensive one, either just needed cleaned or a part replaced. We have built our business on providing quality repairs with very cost effective prices. The replacement parts (if needed) aren't marked up for profits, they are available for nearly "at cost" from the manufacturer.
We will do a complete evaluation of your PTAC unit and figure out why your system is not working properly. We offer you advice and options to help you make the best choice. We offer prices and perks for each repair, replacement, or upgrade before starting anything. The ability to repair a unit(s) on site or off site depends on the location and the level of the repair. We typically would pick up the units to be worked on at our shop and cleaned. We record the serial number of the unit for you to keep until unit is returned.
